Nearly immortal.....
I start a new legacy, as my old one ends with the third heir-the only one lived in the house-died. And stupidly, I save...

But in my new legacy, my founder never dies. I play with the normal aging, and he is 115 days old now. So, why is he doesn't die from old age yet??? I have Ambitions only, and full-patched game to the last update... So, help me...

Dying by old age is handled by pure chance. By default an elder past the minimum life length has a 15% (IIRC) chance to drop dead every day. If you're able to do the math, you can deduct that elders are expected (<- that's math talk) to live ~7 days past their minimum life length. As far as stochastics go, an elder can live 1000 days on normal life length setting no problem; it's just very unlikely.
