I think this program is a great idea. I hated how time consuming the sims3packs are. I am running a 64 bit system in vista and it seems to work well for me. I will post back if I have any problems. Thanks so much!

Well, Sims3Packages seem to not work for me as i downloaded and it gives me a critical system failure when trying to install so i thought this may be a work-around but it splits the town i downloaded(Riverview) in exactly 27 package files, and I tried to install them all with install helper monkey but the content doesn't appear in-game...

Update Sept 5th:
- This version should finally fix the "Rename" checkbox for Sims3Packs with single packages inside.

Story books are full of fairy tales, of Kings and Queens, and the bluest skies.

Thank you, the renaming option works now, and renames the package files!

yay, the renaming works, i just have to check to see if the lots are now installed too.

EDIT: the lots still do not show up in game, but everything else does.

Thank you. For some odd reason my Sims 3 Installer decided to stop working. So this is very much needed!

nice idea... too bad it doesn't work for everyone though. we feel left out. is there a problem getting this to work on XP, is it not possible?

i pass on vista... and will never willingly install that os on my computer.

I get an access denied error (for every sims3pack) when I hit extract. I'm an admin on my computer, the only user actually, and running vista x64. The same thing was happening with the install helper monkey, but it just asked me for permission after I got the update. Suggestions?

You, my dear, are a SAINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just extracted "1047 files in 16 seconds with 65 files per second."!!!!!!!!!

I'm an avid (ADDICTED! ;D) downloader! And you, my new best friend, just saved me uncountable hours with that annoying launcher thing!!!! - that was taking FOREVER!

Now I just have to verify that these files ARE now in the game!!! But if they're not, it will most likely will be my fault for not putting them in the right place or some other dumb mistake!!! :P

LOVE YOU! THANK YOU!!!!!

It worked great!!! YOU'RE THE BOMB!!!!

Thanks again!!!!
