OH! i had an idea may it is a good one.
Could you do a new potion-like object with different color, that will do the sunblock trick, and that will be a aspiration reward? it would be a nice one!

I don't think you can do that.

Don't have The Sims 2 right now. Will soon.

This is terrific. My vampires could never buy new clothes because inevitably the sun would come up before they finished their transaction, and they'd burst into flames between the taxi and the house!! This solves the problem without really cheating and making them fireproof.

Thank you!

What a good idea - gives me a reason to buy perfume now They can use it in Blade, now they can use it in game, thanks! ^_^

EDIT: I hate to break this to you, but it clashes with Monique's Indoor Decay hack - basically it rendered it useless when I had this installed

I have the indoor decay hack which I love... basically I wanted to ask where to find the rest of the vamp hacks... I'm ok with cheating. Thanks in advance.

Is there any way to make this compatible with monique's indoor decay hack? Vampires are a pain to play without that, but now, especially with Seasons and all the gardening to be done, I'm finding that this perfume/sunblock is just what I need to help my vampires manage their estates.

fillyteen07 - I thought that same thing first time I downloaded I was looking in the buy mode and was like "hey where is it! Darn thing didn't install!" -- I'll try to take my sims to a community lot and make them buy some perfume/cologne and see if it works for me lol.

Hey Lycos, what a clever and useful mod

Do you know if it conflicts with Dami's "Using perfume now raises your hygiene" http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=228461? It sure seems as if it might, but I know next to nothing about modding so thought I'd run it past you.

I'm moving my game to a new PC and would like to use both if it's possible to do so w/o borking my new install. I do realize that, short of testing, you can't guarantee anything, but I'm only looking for an educated guess....Thanks!

Thank you for this great upload, I've used it and I love it the only problem I have with it, is that the sunblock wears out i have to buy like 10 of them every couple of days just so my vampire could live in the sun too,.. i wish there was a way vampires could survive in the sun

Hikkaru 14 It only changes the perfume/cologne that you buy on community lots.

Lovely mod. Well done LycosV

I really love this. But when I was taking pictures of mu vamps in the sun, the smoke constantly ruined it. Any possible way to find one without the smoke?

Hey! This is great! I was just wondering if you know of or if you could make a mod where vampires age like normal sims? I like having generations and being a vampire at the same time but that cannot be achieved since your sims age gets frozen on the point of their "transformation". *sob* So yeah, I was just wondering. Thanks again. It would be ever so kind if you could point me in the right direction and all.
