Hi everyone,
I'm new on this Forum.
I would like to create some objects,but I have a problem with TSR WORKSHOP,I hope someone can help me!
Ok,let's start to explain step by step.

1) Click on Create new project.
2) Click on Object.
3) I choose a product ....for example Electronics -> TVs -> Click on TVMODERATE.
4) Load the mesh.
5) Now,the problem is when i click on MESH TAB ,than on EXPORT.
I receive this alert window "no available exporters for this filetype" (see the image 1)
6) I tried in another way,click on FILE-> EXPORT .... But no one windows opened on my click .... (see the image 2)

Can someone help me, saying what I must do for export this mesh?
Oh another thing ... this problem is with all the meshes! :-(
I would like to derive these meshes and create my personalized products but in this way is impossible to export or extract the mesh that i would like work with! :-(

Clarification:
1) I have TSR WORKSHOP VERSION 2.0.86.0.
2) I have installed The sims 3 Game on my pc.

Thank you in advance for your help...it's important your assistance ... It's the first time I create some things and the first time I write in this Forum.

You are the Best!!! Really!!! Thank you so much!!! I did what you said and now Tsr Workshop works well .... I can export my mesh!!! Yahoo!!!
I don't know how to express my happiness!!! You saved me!!! I tried all the things but nothing was good and now .... with a simple reinstall I have the solution for the problem!!! It's impossible but it's true!!!! Luckily,there were you, helping me!!!

P.S. Sorry for my late reply, in these days I hadn't internet connection .... yes,it's strange understanding, but in my town maybe the "comunications" are too old .... .... Someone has to change them!!!! Do I need a miracle? LOL
