It's to the point where practically my whole megahood is sick with colds, and even the healthy ones risk catching it just by greeting a neighbor. I want to begin to conquer this epidemic, so I want to know if there's any hacked item out there that will tell me which sims in the neighborhood are currently sick. Or even just sims on the lot, so I'll know if it's safe for my sims to greet another sim or not. My family sims serve comfort soup for practically every meal, but the sickness just isn't going away!

It almost sounds like you have downloaded a lot that has the sickness mod attached to it or something.

I think the sim blender will cure all sims of sickness on the lot but I don't know of one for the hood.

I just figured out that the visitor controller has a setting to ban sick sims from walking by. That will help things quite a bit!

On a lot, you can use the batbox to know who's sick: if the selected sim is sick, you will have a "show plague info" option in the menu, you won't see it with a sane sim selected..
