I use a HP Pavilion on Windows 8.1, and after installing cc my cheatbox wouldnt open, and the cursor turned into a + and it turned into some screenshot tool??? I removed all the CC and its still doing it. People have suggested ctrl+shift+c+windows key but nothing happens, or to find a hotkey/shortcut key thing where you can change the combination to something else but I cannot find out how.

Your problem on the other hand is not related to that at all. You have a HP, and don't ask me why I know, it's just one of those things that got stuck on my mind.

For some reason, my HP doesnt have the app? I found it online and tried to download it, but apparently it is "not comptible". (HP Pavilion x360, which was bought in february)

Your thread has been moved to the right forum. You should go there and post about you having a hp and not mix in the CC issues. You might want to start a new thread, just to avoid confusion perhaps.
