I found a file that I didn't download in my PC's recycle bin.
It looked like it was a movie, but I never download them and as this PC is brand new it doesnt even have uTorrent installed.
I did a full scan with McAfee and it resulted with two trojans detected, I know one wasn't really a virus but I deleted both.
I also removed internet connection from the PC (I'm writing from a tablet).
What should I do? I'm freaking out

EDIT: I noticed the full recycle bin icon yesterday but I didn't care..maybe that file was there before I deleted the trojan.
EDIT2: It no longer happened for a month. Consider this issue solved.
