Do Sims who walk the plank on the pirate ship ever jump off or fall off?

I've only ever seen the same nearly fall off but don't animation.

I've never seen a Sim actually complete the walk the plank. They always walk to the edge, chicken out, almost lose their balance, but make it back onto deck without getting wet. Maybe sticking a cutlass up their behind will do the trick...
