Rebuild your Sims 3 neighborhood totally

If you are bored with the predefined community lots in Sims 3, then you would be probably happy with a set of new rabbit holes, but not with rabbit hole buildings which come by default with the game. Now you can put just an object instead of the default bookstore, grocery etc. Around this objects you can build your own bookstore building with all building options available. Now you can match buildings like school, grocery, bookstore and many others to your individual town style.
