Default How to import .mesh files into Milkshape (or another program)?
I found this post when looking for Mass Effect items for my game, and it contains links to extracted meshes from the Mass Effect series, which I would love to wrangle into Sims 3 form -- however, all of these meshes are in .mesh format, not .obj or any other format that I can import into Milkshape. Google has been ridiculously unhelpful in figuring out how I can import these meshes and export them into .obj form so that I can turn them into .tsrw files and build an object package with them. Does anyone know of a plugin for Milkshape that will allow me to open .mesh files, or of any other program that can import them and export them into a form I can work with?

A quick Google came up with this thread. Maybe you could try to use Blender to change the file format?
