Default WCIF a run-down, grungy town?
A friend of mine gave me a "run away" challenge, in which a teenager and a child live in a bottom of the barrel house. (I've already arranged how to get them without the adult)
I feel like the best way to make this feel authentic, is to have the whole town look grungy.
Something like Winner Street for Sims 2 would be splendid.

Just a heads up, the only expansion pack I have is World Adventures.
