You can find seed spawners in the Debug menu.

To access this menu:
Open the cheat console CTRL+SHIFT+C
Type testingchestenabled true
Type buydebug
Enter

When in Buy Mode, you'll see a question mark. That's the Debug menu.
Seed spawners and harvestables can be found under "Plant Spawners".

The Life Fruit, Death Flower and Flame Fruit all come from Special Seeds.
So you can place "Seed Spawner Special 1/2/3" on any lot and wait for the apparition of Special Seeds.
But you can also find the harvestable plants directly in that same menu.

If you're looking to spot them in a particular World, well you could tell which one?
Or you could use the Collection Help Lifetime Reward (40,000)?

You have two options.
Seed and plant locations vary by world. Carl's Sims 3 guide has most of the world's seed locations on their site.
Or you can use buydebug and get the plants from there.
I'm assuming you mean the Life Fruit, Fire Fruit, and Death Flower?
