I found this lovely lot while browsing for a new house for a beach area in the world I'm working on.
Would anyone know where the download is located? The tsr link says not published yet but the author says it is available at said link.

Whelp, y'all, there it is. But don't be disappointed if it looks effed up -- I deleted my old stuff for a reason.

Removed downloads always show "to be published on [the very next day]" on TSR -- I don't know why; I don't make the site. *shrugs*
