Default Baggy female clothes?
More specifically, female clothes without the "fabric stretch" on the texture where the sides of the breasts are, and with a more square shape. My flat-chested sims are having difficulty :P

ARTSIMS has a lot of cool, baggy clothes in Gaga style. It's what I use in my game when I make a Sim who's into that. :P
(There are also some tight creations, and costumes.)

I took the lifeguard shirt from Island Paradise, removed the channel with the lifeguard symbol on it, and added some of my own stencils to it. It's a little less form-fitting than the other female tees, and it's nice and simple so there's a lot you can do with it.
