sims2 cleaner help!
ok so i installed the sims2pack cleaner but it wouldnt show the install button in my downloads file bu it keeps saying that its not properly installed.....
help?

Could you give the exact error message, and also tell me what the file extension is of the file you are trying to install? Post screenshots, if you like.

the file extension was .package and .zip
and the error message was : "progam not properly installed exiting now"

but i tried to re install it and now it wont even show an error message and it still wont give me the option of installing it.

To reinstall, you need to first delete all of the Clean Installer files from Program files/ Sims 2 Pack Clean Installer. Then you need to remove the registry keys as outlined here:

However, the Clean Installer is a utility that will browse .package files, but the only files it will install are Sims2Packs. The .package files go directly in your Downloads folder (or a subfolder of), and the .zip file needs to be extracted before use.
