Houses go into the Teleport Folder. They are then visible in the House Bin the next time you start your sims. Loverat gave this information in his tutorial Downloads - The Files, The Folder and The SubFolders: A Divifitive Guide (Upd 27Sept): "By default Lot files are first sent to the Teleport Folder, the Lot is then moved into your Housing Bin the next time you start the game. Everything else is installed by default to the Downloads Folder - this includes ANYTHING that comes in the .sims2pack file. That could be clothing, genetics, sims, lot files, recoloured objects, new meshes, walls, floors, terrains, custom careers, hacked objects AND game hacks (hacks that change gameplay)." It is found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=46633

Hope this helps,
Amber

ps - it's hard to find exactly where the houses go because he used the term "Lot" so I simply pasted the information to clarify.

As another note, since this file was saved with the Sims2Pack Clean Installer, you do not need to worry about where to save the house. The Clean Installer does it for you. Hope this helps,
Amber
