This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Scientific Specialist LTW
The Scientific Specialist LTW says you achieve the wish by reaching level 10 in the Science skill and level 10 in any scientific, business, or medical career. My question is: When it says sci, bus, or med career does it mean literally the Science, Business, and Medicine careers themselves, or does this also include any careers found at the same rabbit holes? I have custom careers in my game, I'm wondering if I could still fulfill the LTW using those. For example, would the Psychology career count since it is located at the Hospital?
