Nintendorks Background: Newest One

Nintendork Japanese Style Background

Here is a Nintendork background I made for you all to use. It is 1024x768 pixels, so if it doesn't fit, tell me what size yours is. This is a new one, not the one I'm still working on. I like it, what about you?

That looks great! All it's missing is a stylized floating Mario/Peach head.

I made a background too! It's not the best, but if you do it in 10 minutes, it's good

It's dedicated to all of you, and specially for the people who say that Gimp is a poor tool.

Sheesh, here's one area where you guys are much better than I am.

I sUCK at doing backgrounds.

OHHH, yes. I am HORRIBLE at abstract things like that. I can mimic things, but creating totally new things just from scratch at the concept stage? forget it.

Two hours...i can't work on something abstract for that long. I have to see a structure.

My friends told me that I have a style! Because I always do shiny things and explosions of sparkles and stars. I think you saw that

Guard: make any new ones 1440x900. that is a standard widescreen ratio (like I have) so that way people don't have to stretch the bg's. Make sure that any major text or decos fit within the 1024x768 central pixels for those people with smaller screens.
