Yay Fun! I'm so glad you applied and can't wait for the photographs. As for your question, this contest focuses on the work as a photographer, so no, it doesn't have to be the same model at all. If you wish to make a 'project' (a series of photographs of one person) of a certain person, like for example an eccentric old woman who think she's still in the forties or of little sad girl or any other character, they don't have to be beautiful, just striking in the sense that their personality captivate you or decide to go with different people throughout the contest. When you're doing portraiture, it's about capturing your subject, not just physically, but their personality as well. It's your choice really. And this goes for many of the other genres as well, like Fashion, Glamour...

I'm sketching out round 1 meanwhile, so what other details I fail to include now, I most definitely will then. I hope that helped!

It's one of those photographs that show you how simplicity can go much further than a complicated mess, LOL.

Jocus, as much as I appreciate your offer, I'll have to take my offer to judge back. I'm rather partial towards the work of someone who entered after I offered, and I honestly wouldn't be able to give him anything less than straight 10's lol Knowing I can't be a fair judge, I'll just have to watch from the sidelines.
