Default I wanna go to Belladonna Cove .. in Strangetown!
I really want to play in Belladonna Cove, but I still want to keep playing on my legacy taking part in Strangetown. Is there some guide how to make Belladonna Cove a downtown/shopping district? And I do not want Tarla's empty templates, because they lack in townies.

You want cleaned templates (not empty) - I thought Tarla did those too.

She did clean out the townies of the subhood versions, though, to prevent character bloat in megahoods. You could always generate new townies.
Ugly is in the heart of the beholder.
