Okay, so I make sims 3 series on youtube and I have done everything to make my video camera ini file to work.

I already un installed the basegame and patched it, took out all my mods and put them back in, looked through my mods folder to find out with mod is causing the problem. Restarted the computer and nothing works. I have been at this all week and I looked online to see if anyone else is having the same problem but the post was a few years back.

I know the camera movements work without my mods in, that's for sure. Any idea's on what I should do next?

If it works without your mods, but doesn't work with the mods, something in your mods is the problem.
I hope you kept backups of your files when you merged your CC, because it's going to be a lot harder to do a search through your CC to find the bad file if everything is merged.
