I hate it that the landlord of a rented apartment comes over every day. Is there a mod so the landlord comes every week or at least less than every day?

Anyone who can help with this?

It can help, but the landlord will still come every day.
I rented an apartment for 6 years and I saw my landlord maybe once a year (and that's because I called him to come).

from my understanding, each NPC type has a BHAV that controls the frequency of its arrivals.
such BHAVs can be edited in SimPE. I think those BHAVs could be found in the "objects.package" of their respective pack.

I'd rather not tweak such packages if I don't know what I'm doing.

a sticky in this forum section shows creators that take requests. you might PM one or more of them.

though a number of sites recommend extracting from any file in the Programs Files directory.
then do "Add" in a newly created file.
after editing, save changes.

I know I'd better not mess with files in the Program Files directory of my one favourite game.
I'll check that sticky, but I was hoping it already existed.
Eg it's possible to make the gardener come every day instead if every three days so why should it not be possible to make a mod so the landlord comes every 7 days instead of every day.

Well, if you look at the gardener mod you may be able to figure out how to do it.

I am afraid that's beyond my skills. Creating food and careers is just not the same.
