Default WCIF: Apartment neighbours always answer doors?
It's a pain to visit neighbours or get them to come out of their apartments without the stupid "I don't feel like hanging out" message. Is there a hack that makes them always come out?

This isn't the bug where they incorrectly get flagged as always asleep - I have a hack to fix that anyways.
