Default does all boolprop cheat works?
I try spawning an NPC killer, and it apparently doesn't exist. I try to make a random sim selectable, it also doesnt work..

Depends on what boolProp cheat you use in the cheatbox, what EPs you have, and the NPC Killer looks like the dead tree in NightLife. It mainly depends on the EPs because of the form of the spawned object and its features. Also, NPC Killer is just some crap that 'can' crash your game, but also depends.
