Could someone point me in the right direction it would be appreciate so much thank you, the lot which i am speaking about is at 6:38 into the video she calls it the commons.

It looks to me to be plasticbox's style, possibly from one of the full neighborhoods they shared. Elsewhere, maybe? Perhaps look through their downloads here. Jessa might have decorated, though. If all else fails, perhaps ask @TheJessaChannel herself? She posts here sometimes.
I'm mostly found on (and mostly upload to) Tumblr these days because, alas, there are only 24 hours in a day.

No, she said it was made by someone on MTS. I never found it and I toyed with the idea of recreating it at the time, but I never got around to it.

well thank you all for your responses I know she said it was under residential because she had to change it to community but i have look under residential and couldn't find it so i want to thank you all

That would make sense out of what she was saying in the video about placing the rubbish bin and phone.

I got it wrong last time, and I've just seen HL's wonderful recreation, but I found this which looks like it could have been the lot before Jessa made it over?
