This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Missing personality traits
Hello,
I have a problem with The Sims 3 Pets, I've read a similar post but I'm not able to fix my problem.
when I tried to create a new sim and also a new pet the game couldn't show any personality trait for none of them.
I also noticed that I can't interact with dogs/cats/horses and others sims, when I click on one of them it doesn't show me nothing.
Since I haven't a "mods" folder, I tried to delete all the *.package that I found in documents>ElectronicArts> Thesims3 and nothing changed at all. (I hope I haven't made ​​things worse... I'm such a noob ).

Anyway, my OS is Windows 7 and my game's version is 1.67.2.
I hope this is the right forum's section for this kind problem, if it's not I apologize ( I'm new here.) .
