This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, Late Night
Default I accidentally deleted a skin that I used for one if my sims, and now...
I was going through my installed content, deleting a few items to make my game run faster, and I accidentally deleted a skin tone that a sim I really like uses. Now, when I try to give her a new skintone, she looks strange. What can I do? I don't know the name of the skin tone she used. Thanks!

What happens when I apply a different skin tone: http://s781.photobucket.com/user/ma...a5157f.png.html

This happened to me too once. And i figured out it get fixed when i clicked on that button above the undo button (the button that gives the option to choose pre-made sims). I notice you have the sim saved, choose the sim, choose the new skin, go to pre-made sims (again), wait till it loads all sims and click the check button, but without choosing a sim.
I think that will do it, i'm not sure if i did anything else.

Give it a try and let me know.

I have a few sims in the bin that are missing their skins, and they get that odd matte pasty texture when I select a new one, but then I just change anything, like the hairstyle or I apply some sort of makeup and the skin looks normal again.
