My sims said my Twin Brooke town isn't loading properly and they suggest I restart the program. I've already had to uninstall my game once, and this happened again, only the error message appeared while my town was loading and the color was like a pencil filter only colored in neon colors. And another thing, just to add on, when I try and revert back to full screen mode it doesn't work- even after I re installed my game. Could anyone help me with this?

What error message comes up and what does it say?

And when you try to revert, does anything happen or does it just crash?
