Default Half gathering time?
I could have sworn I saw a mod somewhere that had gathering time to be half the rate. It takes too long now for my taste, but I'd rather it not be near instant either.

Meanwhile I'll go back to trying to find converted hair. Picking up the game again after I haven't played it since last year.
