BEGINNER ! What programs to use for creating ?


Please help , anyone. I'm new to all of this. I download CC all the time , but I would like to contribute & make my own things too. Can anyone please tell me what programs are the best to use for creating items for Sims 2 ? I don't know how to do the mesh or texture stuff either , but I think tutorials may be good enough.

Find a tutorial on what you want to make (object, clothing, whatever). Read what it tells you that you'll need. Get those things. Most of the time, that'll be an image editor of some kind, SimPE, and Milkshape.
