Default WCIF Mod that enables Club Dancing for Teens?
A thread of the same name popped up as the first result when I Google'd the mod:

But the first reply is like Chinese to me O_O

So yeah, I'm looking for a mod that allows teens to Club Dance. Sounds apparently simple, but I couldn't find anything anywhere... Can anyone help?
