I know in sims 3 and sims 1 that is possible, but is it possible to become in sims 2?

In a sense, yes. There is a reputation system in the game, from Apartment Life I believe. It's not quite like the celebrity system from TS1 and TS3, but it's kinda similar. Here's a link to the wiki page on it: http://sims.wikia.com/wiki/Reputation

You can also roll the reputation system Ather mentions in with a whole list of other things:

-An appropriate career for a famous person (Entertainment, Music, Show Business, etc)
-There's a glitch with the "Make Me Beautiful" wish on the Genie that can essentially have it permanently stuck- means lots of other Sims will be fawning over how attractive your Sim is
-Some of the OFB benefits, especially the influence and networking ones, also mesh well with a celebrity-obsessed culture

So, while there's not "FAME" the way TS1 had it (or the way TS3 has it, I gather), there's still plenty you can do to get some of you Sims all ready for their red-carpet moment!

Over on the Booty there is this object that looks like a cone, maybe someone knows what it is called? When you place it down other sims act a bit crazy around your sim.

Do any member know the correct name of the objects mention above by joandsarah 77 ? It sound like something to have and would be fun.

I have Sims who are Icon who are Super stars in music or movies actors, and top Sport Sims this would be perfect for.

And there a cone for Protest that would be perfect for my "mayor" since he is not during a good job lol
