I know he deleted all his Sims 3 mods off his dA and was putting up his skins as donated content on another tumblr blog. He had a couple modified sliders on his dA as well but I don't think they were working properly.

Then perhaps you should provide a bit more info and/or pictures about what you mean, which is usually a proper thing to do. Even google doesn't bring up anything with your topic, except your post at DevianArt.

I actually know what they're talking about. He deleted it and it's nowhere, I can't even find a picture of it to show you @varpunen.
Best bet is to ask Zach and maybe he'll upload it or put it up for donation.
