Do you have switchable graphics? The system info you gave in your post suggests that you don't have a graphics card, which would explain the problems. However, it may be that you do have a graphics card but also have an integrated graphics chip, and whatever you used to get that system info was ignoring the graphics card. If that's the case, then the glitches are fixable.

I have a similar issue
im not sure if its the custom content that's causing this or not. but when im play my sims, the meshes (im assuming) will randomly replace the terrain or the roads, or the round corner of my pool will be grassed over but can still be swam in. could anyone help or suggest a reason or something please?

I attempted top take a screenshot to show it but it disappeared in my screenshot as if it didn't happen.

Can we assume that you don't actually have a graphics card, just the Intel integrated graphics? If so, that's very likely your problem. Your computer may be able to play Nightlife, but none of the later EPs that show up on your profile. You're probably damaging your computer every time that you play.
