I am looking for a mod/hack what would totally nuke the first visit from a cardenclub sim. OR at least make him/her show up in the afternoon. I tried google , yes, with no luck (or I need stronger eyeglasses). If it even exists

Reason I am looking for it is that I am trying to populate a hood, hopefully sometime for uploading. I run UC and have allready disabled all stealth hoods, have all possible noregen mods and even nuked the paperboy, humble and bills delivery person.. now I still have this annoying gardenclub member showing up at 10 am... even would be great if she/he shows up later of the day, that I can live with, as I can do what needed in few sim hours. But makes it pain to move sims out from the lot before 10 am and back in again and allways remove the darn memory what they get everytime, that "moved to a new house" thingy.

Heh I try to avoid hacks what have multiple options as somehow I allways manage to set something wrong But I will learn to use that one right when I am in game.
