His profile seems to be dead.

I'm particulary in love with this world but there're some place for improvements and also some irritating details (insane routing mostly) which requires some attention.
While it's quite possible to edit this world file without CAW files and bothering creator in such matter, personally I prefer rather ask for permission first. Especially if more than simple "corrections" may be involved and creator did not express permission for this clearly.

I haven't seen Johnny on the forums for some time now, and I don't have a personal email for him either. Your best bet is to leave a message on his Matkoosee thread on the EA Caw forum.

/sigh - seems to be only way, however his account seems to be dead also
