This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, Ambitions, Late Night, Showtime, Supernatural, Into the Future
Default Changing Hair
I would like to the hair for just the work outfit for one of my singer outfit. I know I have clicked the lock icon to unlocked but it still changes the hair color for all outfits anyway.

The hair color? I think the hair color is fixed for all outfits not to confuse genetics, but if you have NRaas Master Controller you can set hair colors seperately by outfit. However, it's not an option available in the vanilla game.
