You can use NRaas Woohooer or my Pregnancy Controller to get teens pregnant.

With mods, yes it is possible for Teens to get pregnant, woohoo, and even get married. I suggest to get this because it adds an element of realism into the game.

You'll need to make sure that the "allow teen woohoo" is on true. To do that you can just click anywhere and one of the actions should say woohooer. Click on that, and it should have a list of things and just click the ones you want on or off. It's pretty easy.

Unfortunately, for me, there is no use the outerwear. The coat works fine, but there are no trousers

Could you add some? Btw I have tried using tights instead and they didn't show up when I put them on my teen pregnant sim (I use Nrass to put on the new pregnancy wear)

You can use the slacks, jeans, or skirt as bottoms in Outerwear. If your teen is already pregnant and you're using NRaas, be sure to pick one of those.
