I have a dilemma. I am trying to upload my first creation on MTS. By default, my screenshots save as png files on my computer and they are far too large. I was able to compress them using windows paint, but I could only make them 800x449. This was considered too small and I was told that I need to resize them again. How can I resize my pictures so that they are view able, yet small enough to upload? Any input is appreciated.

Here is how I do it:
I take a screenshot with the print screen option on my computer, NOT with the in-game screenshots. It is automatically saved in my clipboard. I open photoshop, create a new file, and then paste the image into it.
Then, I can resize it the way I want, and save it as jpg, png or other options. It should also work with programs other than photoshop.
