Default Question about alien/fantasy descriptions?
When I was younger I created a frog-like race. After that I started to build a world around them.

Sometimes when I try writing I find it hard to describe them because I'm not sure if it's ok to compare made up people/animals to earth animals.

If I were writing a full sorry would it be ok to describe them as "frog like" or "newt like" or does it come off as cheap and tacky? I don't know... I don't read much?

It's fine. I've seen it in books.

Life is paradoxically coincidental to the ironical tyranny applicable to the unparalleled definition of reverse entropy.
