This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Can't Start The Game
I'm unable to start the game because I can't clear out the Groups.cache file. The error message says that the file is open in the Expansion Pack 9. I opened three new houses into my game, and think the creator might have not completed something? Don't know....don't understand. I tried turning the computer off and back on again, with no results. Please help! Thanks

You should be able to delete the cache files when the game is not running. Are you set as the administrator?

Have you tried Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) to see if game is still supposed to run. Then close it in Task Manager.

It shouldn't be running in task manager if they restarted the computer.
