Default Gender Conversions for Clothing
I've seen someone convert the Hi-Top "Converse" shoes from YoungAdult/Adult males for females and I've been wanting to do it with some other pair of shoes.

I was wondering if there's one specific way to do it. Is this so? Or should I treat it like as if it was a new mesh?
