I had problems with high buildings crashing when atending parties or simply living in it, probably because of overloading (a whole city is in background...idk). Recently i made a small building with two floors, one of them is hidden. I though it wasn't going to crash and tested it by moving a random pre-made family to see if it's going to and it didn't. So i moved my main family in the story and the screen turned black while loading. I tried loading again that game after reasterting my computer and it happens again exept now a white winodw appers saying it stoped working. How can i unfix it and move them out of the building? I played that family since forever and i have backup but its very old
