Recently i've been street fighter on nintendo 3ds and i became obsessed with a character, he's name is Abel, His bio here
i've been looking for so long if somebody has already made him, but nobody has ever tried, i know because i looked in the exchange and 0 results

Do you guys know a place where i can find this kind of custom sims? or do you know a creator who still take sims 3 requests.

I'd really love to get some help, i want this guy in my game so bad, please help me
