Default Getting rid of this pointer thing..
I used the hideheadlineeffects thing and plumbobs are gone, but there is still that weird pointer thing (the one that looks like a ray of light with a picture of the active sim at the end) that gets in the way of my photos. How can I get rid of that? Sorry if this question has been answered before, I've looked around and can't find anything.

In video capture options, do you have capture user interface set to hide?

When you take pictures with the In-game camera, they shouldn't be there.

2 things: You can either use the in-game camera and it won't show up in pictures or you can turn it off entirely. If you want to turn it off entirely you have to use 2 cheats. The first is "testingcheatsenabled true" and then "maptags off".

Thanks guys! I was using the Tab button and taking screenshots. I used the cheat to turn it off.

Thanks again, that helps a ton!
