For future reference, you can find most of Luna's creations in this MEGA folder.

Now that you see what's inside the MEGA folder, how do you find what you're looking for?
The Sims Tomb provided a Master List of downloads. Get this txt file and use it to search where the items you're looking for could be (CTRL+F is your friend here).

You're looking for Estructuras o columnas Casmar. Maybe, I'll try with "Estructuras"...no luck, there doesn't seem to be the set, I want when I look at the names.
Then, I'll try wit "Casmar". I found two rar files in the list that could be what I'm looking for and they are in Luna 1 ("columnas 4,5 y 6 Casmar de luna.rar" and "columnas casmar de luna.rar").

I download the big rars > luna1.rar first and once it's done, I look for the two .rar inside it.
Afterwards, I personally open the packages with S3PE and look at the ICONs to see if they are indeed the items, I was looking for. But you could also just place them in your mods folder and go in game to test if you got the right ones.

And, in this case, I think the right one should be "columnas 4,5 y 6 Casmar de luna.rar".

As for Luna's patterns, they should also be in the MEGA folder, in big rars > patterns&walls.rar.
