Sorry for all the craziness here at the end. As you were told, I'm only mobile atm. Thank you everyone for another great contest! You all did wonderfully! And a huge thanks to @Klaartje @ekrubynaffit and @Leefish for helping me wrap it up!

Glad you like it, it was a real fun one to do only took a few hours which is surprising for me!

I was underwhelmed. I understand you had some trouble with finding CC but the theme was underutilized and looks like you put it together in a panic. There is very little fantasy stuff - I can't tell that there was unicorns in the nursery and while I love the mermaid/fairy they are the only things. It's also a somewhat bare room with a lot of space that is underutilized.
I didn't expect my theme to be so hard so I apologize - I had thought there would be more CC for fairies, dragons, things like that. Unfortunately the room just didn't come together and fit my theme and taste :c

Gosh, I wish I hadn't used up all my superlatives already as I'm sure I'm just repeating myself but 5 points please, I utterly love this room! I might prefer the curtain rails in line with the tops of the windows, but do realise that's EA's design.... limitations... rather than w_sims' design feature It's a dream child's room, though not the room of a dream child with the unmade bed and dirty clothes on the floor - looks like my son's room in that respect, but boy, does he wish he had a room like that, and that's not from me, that's from him Would never have thought of using the dock in a room, so inventive!

LucyBorgia
I give LucyBorgia 4.7 points. I liked the overall look of the room. The sky ceiling(Love it!! ), the plants coming in through the walls. However, the pink was a bit overused. Maybe the floor could have been different, less pink. I really don't think there are girls colours or boys colours. And the whole "girls have pink rooms" or "girl's toys are pink" rule is overrated in my opinion. But I liked the room a lot! Very different from what I would have done.

I'm sure every child would enjoy living in the room Karen made. It's full of toys - a little kitchen, the lemonade stand, books, a computer - endless possibilities. It also definitely fits the theme I gave with lovely fruit patterns and posters everywhere. The only thing that is bothering me a little bit is that the right side of the room feels too full compared to the left side. But still 5/5 points for you.

I like the items that you used to create this room but feel it is lacking the Wow! factor.
I like the division between the different areas and love the bunting, but there just isn’t enough stuff in the room. Score: 4
PS I love that you used one of my rugs :D

5 points - It wasn't what I was expecting, I thought I was going to get a Harry Potter type room back (which is what I would have done) but I really like what you did. You worked very well with the theme, and while I would have liked a little more use of the colours I'm not sure how it would have worked in the room that you designed. Great job.

4.5/5 Tamlyn I loved your shell. It was exactly what I had envisioned. My only criticism would be that using the same plain wallpaper throughout the entirety of the room felt a little boring for a child's room. I would have had a patterned feauture wall somewhere or maybe used something different in the small room. But I can't dock much for that because everything else was perfect!

3.5 - Definitely an overachiever's room! It doesn't feel quite so luxurious as I imagined, despite the technology, but I think that's a lot my fault because of the colour choices I gave you. The piano looks a little squished, but I love the study area.

4/5. It was nice. Not what I expected. And some things I would've liked to see more of like storage space. But it was ok. Only it didn't really look lived in, more like a model room or something. 'Cause there's three beds, so I assume 2-3 children living there, if not more. But one rack of clothes and like 9 dresses just hanging there. And not much in the way of stuff in general. Maybe they just went on holliday or something.. no, even if they did there'd probably still be more stuff in the room, that's why it's not a 5. It just needed a bit more.

Ouch, tied at tenth! I definitely didn't think I'd rank that low. I mean, I thought I'd lose, but I didn't think I'd lose by that much. Congratulations to the winners though. I may not have won anything but I have the rooms I designed which I personally love, and get to keep so there's that. And to all the other losers, you're not alone, keep your chins up, and I'm here if you wanna talk or cry on my shoulder or we can take turns crying or something. We'll figure something out. Thank you for your consideration.

Reason: coherency...it was missing the word, 'one.'
I hope no one is taking these scores to heart, loser. The judges have done their best (and a great job, too).
But in the end, whether the object is a patchwork quilt or the matter of someone's guilt,
judging is a subjective thing - a function of personal tastes, beliefs, and experience.
I agree with Karen, these contests should be approached as a fun get-together
with the purpose of tweaking our current skills and learning new ones.
And don't forget - once they close this contest, we all get a snazzy new button.

When do we get our Contest Buttons? It's gonna be next year before I get my next Downloads and Thanks buttons, so I really need a new button.

Congrats karen lorraine on another win!
I have gone ahead and handed out all the achievements. Please be aware that you only earn the "Participated" achievement if you completed the contest. Judges have been awarded as well. I saw that for quite a few of you, the participant achievement was your very first achievement on site! Congratulations! We look forward to seeing you around the forums more.
I'm closing the contest now. Additionally, we have a lovely new sticky (if I do say so myself ) with tons of information about contests, including achievements. Check it out!
