Yes I can .. it's one of the handful of things I can do. It's the sign of a misspent youth, like the rest of my more dubious 'talents'.

You get abuse if you can dance, so it's a no win situation either way .. I was dancing with a woman one night and she said to me 'my mother told me not to trust men who can dance' ... See? You can't win ..

Well, we know you can certainly dance around the truth.
And I'm certain some of your more dubious talents
were honed in your later years. You probably started
hunting the forums in your late 40s, amirite?

Not very well.
But I can route.

(Note to men: if you think that's hard, try doing it in heels. Backwards.)

When I was in primary school (10 years oldish), I use to be part of a 'pop band' with my friends where we'd make dance routines for songs, and sometimes the head teacher would let us perform it in assembly.

So no I probably can't dance.

Disco moves. That's all I can do, I swear. I don't know why, but apparently that's the limitation of my dance moves.

Sometimes my dad and I randomly stop what we're doing and do the Twist. My mom just looks at us like... "??????? What are you doing???????"

I don't know of you can call my moves on music ''dancing''. Btw, I almost only dance in private, not in public.

I danced once, at a wedding with an open bar. I didn't actually mean to dance. It's just that the dance floor was between me and sweet, sweet alcohol and somehow my drunken shuffling was mistaken for semi-talented dancing to Love Shack. I'm still waiting for the videos to show up on youtube...

Now to answer your question, I must ask you this @ScaryRob—Can you Dance?

Anyone can just by simply moving their limbs.

I'm part of the folk dancing community. I contra (a New England social dance tradition that is danced all over the US and in parts of England), morris (an English folk ritual dance tradition, coming from the villages and pubs), and dance couple dances at the contra dances such as waltzes, hambos, and the Norwegian polka. Cajun dancing is really cool. I follow, but do not feel very talented at it. I used to know how to dance to the Salty Dog Rag, but, even though it's easy, I forget the steps. I would love to learn Swing and Salsa.

Does this mean you have no limbs? I feel a bit sad for you.

Guys, we should start a gofundme to get him some new limbs and totally not blow the money on hookers and crack/manga.

Badly, but if my front kicks are any indication, I probably could do the cancan. And they're for taekwondo.

Nope I can't.
Dancing, like in a club, makes me so uncomfortable... I feel like I look stupid. If we're talking about slow dancing at a wedding, though, I'm in

Me, me, me against them, me against enemies, me against friends, somehow they all seem to become one, a sea full of sharks and they all smell blood.

No.
But on occasion I can drink.
After which, yes, I can dance.
Then the next morning I remember that I can't.

It's a vicious circle.

So (when I win the Lottery) and organize that world wide MTS meet up in some glamorous location (I was thinking Venice) and pay to have you all flown in for the event, it's going to be a bit of a waste to hire a dj ...

What are we going to do all evening? Not dancing obviously! Don't tell me! Sim?

Maybe you should hire an internet cafe. Unless you were planning a masquerade ball.
