I know this is an old thread, but I found another mod to add to the challenge. Cyjon's Random Chance Cards sets all the career chance cards to 50/50.

One small benefit to this, though, is that it makes more sense to take the FT aspiration perk "Business Instinct." Unmodded, many of the correct chance card results have more than an 80% success rate in the first place.

I - eh, uh, um - don't use anything to make the game harder. I may have a mod or two to make things easier.....
