Default No Townies Sign?
I'm fairly certain that I have seen a no townies sign around, that you place on your lot so that no townies will visit. I've found myself suddenly in need of it, and I'm really wishing that I had downloaded it when I had seen it the first time!

The visitor controller can do that, but it isn't a sign.

I have local walkbys and I still get townies walking by.

With empty templates I only get playables to come by with local walkbys.
